Public food pantry open the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month – 2pm-4pm
Monday and Tuesday from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon
Meals at Heart helps provide nutritious meals for homebound Elkton area residents each Thursday using food donated in part by local church groups and individuals. There are not specific eligibility requirements other than a “need” must be present
Food Pantry helps area families stretch their food dollars. Eligibility for this program is based on federal mandated income guidelines. Food Pantry patrons must sign up with Client Services before receiving a food box.
Open every Tuesday from 12:00pm to 2:00pm and Friday’s 12:00AM to 2:00pm. Please park and a volunteer will come out to you

Saturday: Harrisonburg Baptist Church: Hot sandwich and bagged meal served 10:00-11:00am. Main St. & S. Liberty St. 433-2456
Our Community Place: Serving breakfast: Monday-Friday: 8-9am. 17 E. Johnson St. Office: 442-7727, Community center: 208-7552. Serving lunch and volunteering during their Friday box lunch restaurant. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 12-1pm. (Closed Thursdays)
Cooks Creek is a member of the West Rockingham Food Pantry. Organized in 2008, the WRFP is a 501(c)3 nonprofit community pantry composed of ten churches, three Ruritan Clubs, and a Boy Scout troop. Its mission is to provide food to help supplement the nutritional needs of our neighbors in a dignified and respectful manner. Operating out of Cooks Creek, the pantry serves the area west of Harrisonburg to the West Virginia border.
Distributed the 4th Thursday of each month from 4-6pm. However, in November and December distribution will be the second and third Thursday from 4:00-6:00pm
The Daily Bread Food Pantry, a creation of this church a quarter of a century ago, is an on-going work of love for many of our members. (Members from other churches and civic organizations participate as well).

Through the Food Pantry, supplemental food is supplied to any members of the member and affiliated churches and to anyone with a need for such assistance who resides within a five mile radius of Bridgewater.

Way to Go provides essential transportation services to low-income and Asset Limited, Income Constrained, and Employed (ALICE) workers to ensure they maintain employment and access to essential community services.
