Wellness Connection is an initiative of the Behavioral Health Wellness Program at Harrisonburg-Rockingham Community Services Board designed to provide accessible tools and resources needed to address substance use, suicide prevention, and mental health challenges.
We offer easy access to resources that keep homes safe from substance misuse. Our FREE resources include:
We engage with our community to provide education, tools, and resources to proactively prevent suicide.
We work to eliminate mental health stigmas by providing free educational training opportunities and programs for everyone in our community.
Since February of 2024, we’ve provided critical tools and resources to help individuals and organizations live healthier lives in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County.
1,186 community members trained in one of our evidence-based training sessions.
8,028 medication safety resources distributed in our community.
1,300 firearm safety resources distributed to the HR community.
3,655 Resiliency Kits provided to local middle and high school students.
