Jennifer serves as a Behavioral Health Wellness Specialist, with a focus on Problem Gaming & Gambling prevention, mental health & trauma education, and substance misuse prevention. By combining education, advocacy, and compassionate support, she promotes mental wellbeing and empowers people to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives—one connection at a time.
With over 25 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, Jennifer is a passionate advocate for holistic health and personal transformation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from Bluefield University and has earned multiple certifications, including Activity Director (NCCAP), Wellness Coach, Fitness Nutrition Coach (Spencer Institute of California), and CDC Diabetes Life Coach.
She’s led initiatives in skills training, mental health education, substance misuse education, suicide prevention/intervention training, and community outreach to bring awareness to the importance of having conversations surrounding mental health and wellbeing to reduce stigma.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family and friends, singing, and sharing stories while enjoying chocolate! Her heart is most full when she is serving her community!
